5. User Accounts

If you create an account on any GoFamo-operated platform:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Payments and Billing

  • All pricing is quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made according to your project’s invoice schedule.

  • Late payments may incur fees or service suspension.

  • Certain services may require subscription or retainer-based billing.

We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Termination

Custom Projects:
Cancellations made after work begins are billed for completed phases. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription Services:
Ongoing subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

GoFamo reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • You breach these Terms.

  • You engage in unethical, unlawful, or abusive behavior.

  • Continued service may damage GoFamo’s operations or reputation.

8. AI, Automation, and Generated Content

Some GoFamo products use artificial intelligence and automation systems to generate content, insights, or digital assets.
By using such systems, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for all contexts.

  • You are responsible for verifying and approving final outputs.

  • GoFamo is not liable for consequences resulting from reliance on automatically generated content.

We comply with ethical AI guidelines and never intentionally collect or process sensitive personal data through AI models.

9. Data Privacy & Security

GoFamo is committed to safeguarding your information.
We implement AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, combined with continuous monitoring (AWS CloudWatch, Cloudflare Security, CleanTalk Anti-Spam, Fail2Ban, and UptimeRobot).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFamo LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for:

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to GoFamo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
